# Notifications

> Stay on top of session activity, billing, and platform updates.

## Where to find them

Click **Notifications** in the sidebar to see your recent alerts, updated in real time as new events happen — no page refresh needed.

## Notification types

| Type            | Examples                                            |
| --------------- | --------------------------------------------------- |
| **Agent** 🤖    | A session was activated, or an agent sent an update |
| **Message** 💬  | New activity in one of your sessions                |
| **Invoice** 📄  | A new invoice is available                          |
| **Payment** 💰  | Subscription renewed, or a payment failed           |
| **Platform** 🔔 | General platform announcements                      |

## Managing notifications

* Click a notification to open the related session, invoice, or page (and mark it as read automatically).
* Use the **circle icon** on a notification to manually mark it read or unread.
* Click **Mark all as read** to clear your unread count in one go.

<Tip>
  A red badge with your unread count appears next to **Notifications** in the sidebar so you never miss an update.
