Company account

Aiybiz supports multi-user companies. A company has a shared wallet (managed by admins) and all members can launch sessions.

Roles

Every company must have at least one admin. The last admin cannot be removed or demoted.

Inviting members

Company admins can invite colleagues by email:

Go to Settings → Users

Open the Users tab in your company settings.

Send an invitation

Enter the colleague’s email address and click Invite. They’ll receive an email with an invitation link.

Invitation accepted

The invitation expires after 7 days. Once accepted, the new member appears in your members list with the Member role.

Managing members

Admins can:
  • Change role — promote a member to admin, or demote an admin to member
  • Remove member — remove someone from the company
  • Cancel invitation — cancel a pending invitation before it’s accepted

Company settings

In SettingsAccount (company section), admins can update:
  • Company name
  • Company logo

Pending invitations

Open invitations are listed in the Users tab. Each shows the email address, date sent, and expiry. Admins can cancel any pending invitation.
