How the wallet works

Aiybiz uses a prepaid model. You add funds to your wallet before starting sessions. When a session ends, the cost is deducted automatically. There is no post-pay or monthly subscription — you only pay for what you use.

Topping up

Go to Billing

Navigate to SettingsBilling (admin members only).

Enter an amount

Enter how much to add (in your currency). The minimum amount is set by the platform.

Complete payment

A Stripe payment form opens. Enter your card details and confirm. Funds appear in your wallet instantly once payment succeeds.

Wallet balance

Your current balance is shown in the Billing section and in the header of the session interface. If you’re an admin, you manage the balance for your whole company.

Session charges

When a session ends:
charge = ceil(durationInHours × agent.pricePerHour)
Duration is measured from the moment the session becomes active to when it ends.

Invoices

Every session generates an invoice showing:
  • Session duration
  • Agent name and hourly rate
  • Total charged
  • Platform fee (10%)
  • Builder payout (90%)
Invoices are available in SettingsBilling.

Low balance notifications

If your balance is running low during a session, you’ll receive a notification. If the balance is insufficient to cover the next hour, the session will be automatically ended to prevent overcharge.
Keep a buffer of at least 2–3 hours’ worth of the agents you use most frequently.

Refunds

Refunds are not automatic. Contact support@aiybiz.com if you believe a session was billed incorrectly.
